La Red Health Center - CHEER Center
<ul> <li>Full Time</li><li>Hours: Flexible work schedule. 4 day workweek available.</li> <li>Employed</li> <li>Call Schedule: None</li> <li>Loan Repayment</li> <li>Sign-On Bonus: $10000</li> <li>Compensation: Earning potential is based on experience but annual compensation is based on $110,000-$130,000 with $10,000 sign-on bonus potential!

DETAILS:
We allow our providers to move autonomously and think, critically in all matters concerning patient care. As our Family Nurse Practitioner, the expectations are as follows:
-Assist PCPs in patient care relating to a patient panel of all ages
-Have the ability to critically think, assess, and diagnose efficiently and effectively
-Consider 30-minute visits for new patients and be able effectively asses needs and treatment plans promptly
-Work alongside our Community Health Workers team and PCPs
QUALIFICATIONS:
-To be considered, the candidate MUST be able to work independently and autonomously without supervision
-Able to demonstrate critical thinking and situational awareness, while communicating action plans to medical leadership
-2 years experience preferred.
