Description
North Carolina Licensed, Board Certified OBGYN to provide locums call coverage. New providers will need to come in the day before scheduled call for orientation. Coverage needed March
7a, March 1-7a, March 4
7a, March 29- 7a, April 2 April
7a, April 29- 7a, May 4 May
7a, May 17-7a, May 20
7a, May 30-7a, June 1 Job Details:
* Call, Nights, & Weekends
* Average Total Inpatient Census: 3-4
* Average # of patients/day/provider: 15-18
* Average # admissions/1-2
* Average # admissions/night 2-3
* No ICU/Critical Care Duties
* LT responds to codes
* NRP, BLS, ACLS required Procedures:
OB/GYN procedures if called to ER, C-sections and Vaginal deliveries Hospital Information:
24/7 pediatric hospitalist available
26 Critical Bed Hospital w/ 6 designated psych beds
4 bed convenient care staffed by one APP and a RN or paramedic
3 OR
Anesthesiologist
Onsite Radiologist
24 hour Laboratory Availability
EMR = EPIC * Hospital covers the cost of travel, lodging and malpractice insurance
