Family Medicine Physician Locums Job | Chicago, Illinois Area

When travelers think of Illinois, Chicago is usually the first thing that comes to mind. While it’s true there is plenty to see and do in the Windy City, the rest of the Prairie State shouldn’t be overlooked. Just west of Indianapolis we have a need for a Family Medicine physician. Comfortable 8AM-5PM schedule, Monday through Friday, in a clinic setting. 

Details/Requirements:
--Location: Chicago area
--Full time 
--ASPA start 
--Outpatient setting
--Three patients per hour
--Three month commitment, with option to extend in 3 month blocks
--Must see all ages
--Medicaid enrollment
--EMR: Athena
