Position:
– No doctor currently, we have internal docs covering.
– Our simple staffing model includes 1 doctor, 1 hygienist and 3 DA’s
– 6 Chairs
– $3k-$5k/daily production in the past
– 95% kids, 5% adults

Compensation
– Up to $900/daily or 35%
– Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision
– 401k
– Up to $50k Sign-On, Relocation available
– Student loan reimbursement ($1000/monthly for full time or $500/monthly for part time)
– CE allowance or offering per organization: $1000/annual
– State associations reimbursed
– Lab fees covered
– Mal-practice coverage provided
