Description
Work Dates Needed: 2/19/24 - 3 months maybe longer
Preferred Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm
Worksite Setting: Hospital based outpatient. Brand new facility
Scope of Work: Average of 18 to 20 patients but gradually adding patients, must see all ages and be board certified
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license, DEA, COVID Vax, BLS. must be boarded & have 2 years experience
EMR: Must know Epic
