Work Dates Needed: ASAP and ongoing Preferred Schedule: Open to provider availability 8am - 8pm every day Worksite Setting: Stand alone Urgent Care centers Scope of Work: 4 patients per hour / 8-10 exam rooms per center / most days solo provider Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: SC License, DEA / CSR ./ BLS / BC EMR: EPIC
