Position:
– Private Group started in 2012- “patient first” philosophy
– Location of need- La Vergne (18 miles from Nashville)
– 3-4 day work week options
– Network of offices with 4 locations in Greater Nashville area
– 3OPS, 2 Hygiene chairs, 1 office Manager, 2 Assistants, and 1 Hygienist
– General Sedation: local/nitrous
– 50+ New patients monthly
– 1099 Independent Contractor with the ability to transition to Employee or Partnership
– Payer Mix is 80% Medicare and 20% Insurance
– General Dentistry- Molars, Fillings, Crowns, and Bridges
– EMR-Denticon
Offering:
– Compensation is 32% adjusted Production – First 90 days Daily Guarantee of up to $850 or Production (whichever is higher)
– Average Producer year 1 should make $250k
– 1 year commitment and need to give 90 days notice
