Positions:
– Join three experienced and enthusiastic dentist who have practiced in the area for over 10 years each
– Team oriented group who backs one another up, enjoys there time at work, and all work to provide positive outcomes for their patients
– 4 Dental Assistants, 3 Hygienist, 10 suites, within a state-of-the-art dental practice
– Group does general, cosmetic, implants, Invisalign, Botox, sedation, dentures, oral surgery, endo and more
– Practice is on pace to eclipse $2 million in billing this year with 20% fee for service and the rest being personal insurance patients
– Record growth with over 100 new patients on average a month
– County service area of over 500,000 residents
Specifics:
– Autonomy to practice the type of dentistry you like, with the ability to be mentored if desired
– Ideal schedule is 3-4 days a week, 8am-5pm, with no weekends
– Current dentist working 4 days a week is averaging over $6,000 a day in production, other working 2-3 days a week is averaging over $3,500
– Daily guarantee for 6 months or % of collected production, whichever is higher
– Group pays for continuing education, 401k with 4% match, STD, LTD and life insurance provided
– Ability to earn over $300,000 a year
