Alabama Collaborating Physician Locums Job 

Physician will be needed via phone or email Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Physician will need to come onsite at least once a month (or more if desired) for 2-3 hours to engage with the Nurse Practitioner. Clinic focus is on males who have erectile dysfunction and testosterone issues. They do have a few injectables. Testosterone is the only medicine being prescribed and it’s being done under the NP’s DEA.

Details/Requirements:
--All 4 NPs are full-time
--4 NPs total (1 NP per location)
--Chart review done quarterly (10%) and when the physician is onsite
--1:1 will be done onsite
--Remote other than the once-a-month onsite visit
--Licensed in Alabama
--Start ASAP
--No credentialing is needed
--Collaborative Agreement will need to be signed
