Adult Psychiatrist Locums Job near Caledonia, Mississippi | Seeking Part-Time Weekend Call Coverage

Jackson + Coker is partnered with an inpatient facility near Caledonia, Mississippi in need of onsite, call coverage one to two weekends per month. Seeking one provider to supply weekend: Friday – Monday inpatient coverage from 5P-7A. Would also required to be onsite for rounding Saturday and Sunday (in 4 hour shifts).

Details/Requirements for Assignment:
-- Board Certification required
-- Active + unrestricted Mississippi medical license + DEA required
-- Facility info: inpatient facility, EMR: Epic (will provide additional training if not familiar)
-- Inpatient info: 40 bed unit (open and closed units); Adult and Geriatric
-- Rounding required; Onsite
-- Number of consults: not often, around 1 
-- Seeking one provider to supply weekend, call coverage: Friday – Monday inpatient coverage from 5P-7A . Also required to be onsite for rounding Saturday and Sunday (in 4 hour shifts). 
-- Duties while on assignment: Inpatient psychiatric hospitalization and/or medical detox for patients 18 years and above. As well as assessment & treatment of mental illness, provide psychiatric services including (but not limited to) assessment, diagnosis, medical prescription, and treatment of a variety of psychiatric conditions.
-- Patient population information: 18+
-- Case load: census is 32 patients
-- Additional Staff: RNs, Psych Techs, Counselors, NPs, etc.
