<ul> <li>FT/PT</li><li>Hours: Flexible Schedule | 30 Hours Clinical and 10 Hours Admin | Clinic Hours: Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 8 PM, Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, Saturday 8 AM - 1 PM</li> <li>Employed</li> <li>Average Patients seen: 14</li> <li>Call Schedule: No Call</li> <li>Loan Repayment</li> <li>Sign-On Bonus</li> <li>Compensation:
- $120,145 - $170,165 Dependent on Experience
-Productivity and Quality Metric Bonus Available
- Provider Tenure Step Increase 3% After the First Year of Service
- 3% COLA offered each year in July

QUALIFICATIONS:
- CA license
- Active DEA license
- 3-5 years of experience required
