<ul> <li>Full Time</li><li>Hours: Flexible schedule, with 3 day work week available</li> <li>Employed</li> <li>New Graduates</li> <li>Average Patients seen: 18-20</li> <li>Call Schedule: Phone call only, 1:20 weekends/weeknights. Bonuses/incentives provided</li> <li>Sign-On Bonus: $100000</li> <li>Compensation: Competitive compensation is provided. Salary is determined based on experience with a range of $250k-$300k. Open and flexible to discussing compensation requirements.

The employed primary care group with Cape Cod Healthcare is looking for exceptional primary care physicians to join their team. This multi-specialty group is comprised of Primary Care Physicians, NPs/PAs, along with other office-based specialists
Excellent mentorship and support staff, along with social workers and patient advocates.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Flexible schedule ranging from 3-4 day work-week, 10 hour days. Open to discussion.
-Work within 1 of 5 villages along Cape Cod Bay
QUALIFICATIONS:
-New grads/H1-B visas supported
-Licensed in the state of MAs</li>
