-       There is a small inpatient component (nursery rounding and small peds wing – avg. census is 4 or so)
o  There are talks to have one employed group be outpatient only and the other group still do both. It’s going to come down to each group’s preference

Hospital-Employed Pediatrician
-       Currently 4 physicians in the practice
-       Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday; 8:00 am to 11:30, Saturday
o  1:5 Saturday rotation / weekend call
-       1:5 nursery call (rotates daily, effectively once per week)
o  Small Peds wing in Hospital, in addition to the nursery
-       NICU is targeted for 2018
-       100% EMR in practice
-       To be located in state-of-the-art Medical Pavilion upon completion (late 2017)
