Access Health - Beverly Hills
<ul> <li>Full Time</li><li>Hours: 40 hour work week with some call by phone in the evenings and weekends</li> <li>Employed</li> <li>New Graduates</li> <li>Average Patients seen: 10ppd</li> <li>Call Schedule: Phone Only Call: Evenings and Weekends. Call is triaged by an answering service and NP/PAs in certain locations</li> <li>Sign-On Bonus</li> <li>Compensation: - Salary starting at $250,000 based on experience BC/BE
- Quarterly bonuses
-Sign-on bonus available based on years of experience </li> <li>Benefits: Medical Benefits offered at no cost to you for the basic plan of United Health Care for you and all your dependents.
-21 days PTO time off each year.
- 7 days CME time off each year.
- $3,000.00 CME reimbursement each year .

DETAILS:
-Every new employee will undergo a 3-week minimum training program to properly acclimate them to the Access Health Care practice model. Additional training provided as needed.
-All sites are supported by an office and MA team, along with an Operations Management team to assist with administrative duties and metric evaluation
- EMR: eClinicalWorks and Caretracker
-The ideal candidate must be coachable and open to training in order to be successful within our organization.
