Position Details: Job Title: Locum Physician - Oncology/Hematology # of Providers Needed: 1 Default Rate Type: Hourly MANDATED Job Requirements: Board Certified in BOTH Hematology and Oncology - Required Active OR license - Required at time of submission Clean background/no malpractice - Highly Preferred Self Query - NPDB at time of presentation - Required CAQH login and password - Required at time of offer Meets criteria for Medical Staff or Allied Health Professional membership and privilege Facility Description: A leading medical center for Oregon’s South Coast, offering a comprehensive range of diagnostic and therapeutic services. Job Description: As a member of the clinical patient care team, the Oncologist/Hematologist will perform tasks and procedures consistent with their training and licensure.
