• Join an exceptional & diverse team of Family Medicine physicians, APPs, and CMA/CNAs
• They have new and more established clinics across the city
• Their clinics are equipped with x-ray and lab services
• They have various clinics including primary care and urgent
• 25 patient per day average
• No call
• 100% outpatient
• Many referral options from large multi-specialty system, Health System and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center

Compensation model:

• They pay a guaranteed base salary for the first 1-2 years + wRVU bonus
• Substantial sign-on bonus
• They also offer a monthly training stipend
• Pay to supervise 1-2 APPs + quarterly quality bonus + CME allowance + relocation
• They will pay malpractice + Texas license + DEA + board certification exam fees
