Position:  Family Medicine

Location: Illinois (population 50,000)

Initial Contract Term: 5 years and renewable

Compensation: Base salary exceeds the MGMA median, and all physicians are eligible for a productivity incentive bonus plan based on work production as measured by WRVU’s. A forgivable loan for educational debt will be considered. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance included.

Situation: Health System employs over 150  providers. We are the  largest medical provider serving a 300,000 population regions composed of West Central Illinois, Northeast Missouri, and Southeast Iowa.

The System is seeking additional Family Medicine providers in order to fulfill our mission. Board Certification is an expectation of all our physicians.
