Family Medicine - Southern Illinois
- Hospital employed practice seeks BC/BE Family Practitioners to join their growing team
- Base salary range with 2-year guarantee: $275,000 - $290,000
- Monday - Friday schedule with option for a 4-day or 5-day work week
- Shared call - via telephone only with minimal calls
- EMR: EPIC
- Well-established practice with an existing patient panel - incoming provider will be able to ramp up quickly
- Full benefits package including relocation, CME time and allowance, housing bonus, commencement bonus, pension and matching 403b and 457b plans, bonus potential, student loan assistance, 26 days of PTO per year, and more!
- Located 45 minutes from St. Louis, MO and 90 minutes from Springfield, IL
