Work Dates Needed: Oct - Dec 31 2023
Preferred Schedule: 8a-4:30p w/30 min unpaid lunch; tues. 7:30a-5p (30 min lunch), Thurs. 8a-12p, one Sat a month 8a-12p
Worksite Setting: Seeking primary care MD for employer based direct care clinics in Florence and Covington, KY. clinic Primary Care - Light schedule and patient load, work with a collaborative clinical Team
Scope of Work: provides episodic, preventative, and acute health care to patients; conducts histories and physical exams, develops treatment plans and educates on medical issues; evaluates effectiveness of medical care and monitors progress of patients, participates in development of annual health center goals and objectives; maintains medical records; administer health programs

Skills
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: internet software, spreadsheet and word processing, certification in BLS or ACLS, KY State license, DEA, BC in OM, IM, FP, PC, or EM
