QUALIFICATIONS:
-Passion and excitement for a unique and challenging primary healthcare service
-Clinically adept, with the ability to communicate and educate a diverse patient population
-Experienced and comfortable treating chronic conditions such as COPD, hypertension, diabetes, etc
-Demonstrated patience to develop a progress plan and assist patients with their goals
-Give access to specialty care services, with the goal to alleviate the need for escalation to hospital services
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
-BE/BC
-DEA, CDS
-State licensed: Will consider applicants from the DMV area, assisting with licensing cost reimbursement
-New grads will be accepted with prior RN experience, with the ability to effectively communicate their clinical knowledge & experience, 1 year experience as an NP preferred
-Must be able work independently
