Look no further! About Us: We are a busy and growing multi-specialty group located in Indiana, just within 60 minutes of Chicago and minutes from the beautiful Lake Michigan beaches. Our team is dedicated to delivering top-notch patient care and building lasting relationships with our community. What We Need: We are seeking a physician with a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to connect with the community will be valued. Collaboration for the delivery of the highest quality of patient care is a cornerstone of our practice. What You Can Expect: Schedule: 36 patient contact hours, 4 administrative work hours Flexible Schedule: Possible Four 10-hour days, or Five 8-hour days Weekday & Weekend Call: Family Medicine 1:15 or Internal Medicine 1:7 Average Outpatient Volume: 20-25 patients per 8-hour day Excellent Support Staffing: Triage RN, dedicated MA plus additional MA support for practice Potential to Collaborate/Supervise Advanced Practice Providers Opportunity for Virtual Patient Visits: 25% of contact hours Women’s Health Preferred, but Not Required Lab and X-Ray On Site Specialty Practices within Network: Ortho, Rheumatology, ENT, Endo, Derm, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Hem/Onc, Vascular, OB/Gyn, GI, ID, Pulm, etc. Location: Our center is conveniently located near Argos, IN, offering you a wonderful blend of small-town charm with easy access to the attractions of Chicago and the serene shores of Lake Michigan.
