Description
I am working with Beloit Memorial Hospital in Beloit, WI and they are looking for some temporary CRNA coverage over the next several months. I wanted to touch base with you to see if you might have any availability to help out. Direct Client with no vendor management attached to the facility
103 bed facility
Level 2 Trauma Center This facility is looking for coverage ASAP ongoing
Shift times: 7:30a-3:30p M-F
No call unless the provider would like to take call
The facility is willing to negotiate weekend and weeknight call if the provider does want to take call
The minimum assignment length is one week per month if the candidate is a drive-in candidate
The minimum length of assignment is three weeks per month if the candidate is flying in and needs full travel accommodations
20 cases per day
90% adult or geriatric cases
This facility is looking for a provider that is comfortable with General and Regional Anesthesia as well as Blocks
This facility sees General, Urology, OB, Urology, ENT, Ortho, Podiatry, Ophtho, GI, Vascular, Cardiac, & Thoracic cases
The provider on call covers OB
5 OR's total - OB on same floor (350 deliveries & 94 c-sections a year)
EMR: Cerner
30-60 days to privilege (A provider will be able to get temporary privileges in ten days if they have a clean file)
