Shifts: 7 Shift Description: 6a-6p; 7a-7p; 10a-10p; 1p-1a; 5p-5a; 7p-7a. Weekend Requirements: Yes On Call Requirements: No call MANDATED Job Requirements: Must be willing to work a weekend. Mixture of days and nights. Must have proof of FL license and DEA at time of presentation Must Be Board Certified Prior to Name Clear Must submit EPA and if yes questions submit NPDB ABEM or AOBEM ONLY! Urgent Need, clean file only (no claims or gaps), no extensive affiliations. File must be complete 30 days prior to 1st meeting.
