JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Responsible for providing dental services: Diagnosing and treating diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums, and related oral structures:
- Examine patients to determine nature of condition, utilizing x rays, dental instruments, and other diagnostic
procedures
- Cleans, fills, extracts, and replaces teeth, using rotary and hand instruments, dental appliances, medications, and surgical implements
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Candidates must be comfortable providing care to a patient panel within the full lifespan, child to adult
-The ideal candidate has ties or familiarity with the NY area and can provide reasonable transportation to the Long Island area.
-Has an understanding of the FQHC environment and can provide non-discriminatory care to the underserved
-BE/BC
-NY State licensed </li>
