Description
Coverage Needed
- 11/15/23-12/5/23 and 12/26/23-1/16/24
Schedule
- Tuesdays and Wednesdays only from 7am-1:00pm
Clinical Details
- Up to 6 admits on a good day
- 2-8 patients for annual physicals
- Midlevel does history and physicals
Requirements
- Ideally someone with MAT experience
- Locum should have experience with Suboxone and Methadone
Support Staff
- MD available via cell phone - not physically present at clinic with midlevel
- Administrative, nursing, and clinical support
