DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide coverage in Medford, Oregon. This outpatient clinic serves company employees and their families. The patient population is ages 2 and up.  Credentialing is FAST, 1-2 weeks. If you can help, please call.

• Open Needs:  Medford, OR: Ages 2+ for dates of 9/27-28 8:30a-4:30p, 9/29 7:30a-3:30p, 10/2-3 8:30a-4:30p
• Future PRN needs possible
• Volume: 2-3 pts/hour
• EMR: eClinicalWorks

REQUIREMENTS: 

• OR License and DEA
• Family Medicine/Primary Care/OccMed experience
• 3 years’ experience
