• Clinical Details
  
  
  
  • Majority sick patients (UTIs, tick bites, ear aches, etc)
    
  • 3-5 patients per hour
    
  • Will see all ages
    
  • Must be able to work as sole provider
    
  • One receptionist and one MA for support
    
  
  
  
• Requirements
  
  
  
  • Must be Family Medicine - Board Certified
    
  • BLS
    
  • Active New York state license
    
  • Local- Mileage only
    
  • Will need to be okay with going to multiple locations
    
  
  
  
• EMR
