• Clinical Information:
  
  
  
  • The generalist locum would be covering the hospital service Monday through Sunday from 8-5 on site and then call would be from 5p-8a Friday evening through the following Monday morning.
    
  • EMR- EPIC experience (prefer someone who has experience)
    
  • Patient volume- 15-20
    
  • App will be assisting during the week
    
  • All inpatient
    
  
  
  
• Required:
  
  
  
  • CV must be in Month / Year format
    
  • Must have license in hand at time of submission, or proof that the license application has been submitted
    
  • Any gaps greater than 30 days will require an explanation on the CV
    
  • DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
    
  • Current Flu Vaccine
