DESCRIPTION:
Dates: ASAP - Dec 15, 2023. 1 wk credentialing
Days: M-Th, Shift: 7:30 am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 12pm
PA/NP in a primary care clinic consisting of 4 staff members. Provider/Manager, MA, RD and Behavioral health (LCSW). Services include preventive care (annual physicals, well-women exams), acute/sick care, chronic disease management, immunizations and allergy injections, lab draws and phlebotomy, biometrics screenings and CLIA POC testing. Some administrative responsibilities related to maintaining QI such as logs, etc. Experience with Epic a HUGE plus. Adults over the age of 18. Only employees, no dependents.REQUIREMENTS
Active VA license
DEA
