• Number of ICU beds: 53
  
• Trauma Level: I
  

• Board Certified
  
• Active MN License - highly preferred
  
• Local provider - within driving distance - preferred
  
• Special training or Experience: Prefer internal medicine or neurology or rehab/pm&r
  

• Physician, nursing, consultants, and therapists
  
• Rehab provider is supported by a PA
