Description
Work Dates Needed: Nov 3rd
Preferred Schedule: between 6a and 6p - hours TBD (provider will be guaranteed 8 hrs)
Worksite Setting:Occupational Health - Mobile unit
Scope of Work: regular and DOT Physicals
EMR: N/A
Travel expenses/Malpratice insurance coverage
Working with PHS Team onsite
1 /20 minutes
Hands-on exam (upper respiratory focus)
Respirator clearances for all
DOT for about 50% of the population
