- Full-time compensation range from $225K to $275K not including bonuses or incentives.
- Part-time position compensation ranges from 138K to 147K, not including bonuses or incentives
- Compensation plan gives consideration to your years of experience post-residency as well as specialty and sub-specialty board certifications.</li> <li>Benefits:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Providing psychiatric assessments, psychopharmacology, and psychotherapy for child and adolescent mental health disorders.
- Function as an integral part of a collaborative team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers
- Complete documentation and billing in a timely fashion as required by compliance
- Must possess a highly collaborative and proactive approach, and demonstrate commitment to high-quality, cost-effective healthcare
QUALIFICATIONS:
- New York State license
- BE/BC in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry strongly preferred
- Strong teaching and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking, HIGHLY considered </li>
