Northwest Indiana Endocrinologist: up to 50% remote

An established and growing practice located in highly desired Northwestern Indiana is seeking an Endocrinologist to join a busy group of 2 Providers and an extraordinary support team! Pick your practice: outpatient only or traditional practice including inpatient consults 1-2 times/week. The incoming physician can expect to ramp up quickly. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Endocrinology MD/DO with an active Indiana license. New graduates and H1b visas are encouraged to apply.

- MGMA-based Base Salary+ wRVU + Quality Incentives
- Paid Occurrence-based malpractice
- Up to 50% remote option
- Certified Diabetes Educator and Registered Dietician on-site
