Clinical Details

• Willing to consider locum to perm candidates
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 10-20
• Level 3 trauma
• Adult demographic
• Clinical areas: in patient surgery
• Supervising Physician Present During Assignment - All PA's have a oversight provider
• Job Duties/Procedures:
  • Non-Invasive Vent Management (bipap/cpap)
  • Ventilation Management
  • Intubation (ETT/INT)
  • Central Line
  • Chest Tube Insertion
  • Arterial Line
  • PA Catheter
  • PICC Line
  • EKG Interpretation
  • I&D
  • History and Physicals
  • Pre-Op Assessment
  • Areas of Rounding
  • Arthrocentesis

Requirements

• NCCPA certified
• VA license - preferred, willing to accept providers needing licensing
• BLS
• No new grads - must have experience
• Preference will go to local candidates
