Facility Details/Requirements
- NBCRNA
- Active Indiana license required (we can assist)
- Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm
- No call or weekends
- CRNA supervision 
- EMR is Epic
- Case mix: Laparoscopic General Surgery, bariatric, whipped procedure, fundoplication, para esophageal hernia, Robotic nephrectomy, prostatectomy, general urology, Endo AA, Open AAA, general vascular procedures, Craniotomy, stereotactic neuro, back cases with instrumentation, Trauma Ortho of all kinds, NO OB.
