Description
Work Dates Needed: October 2023 -ongoing
Preferred Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm No weekends, No Call, No Holidays!
Worksite Setting: Outpatient - Family Medicine Clinic
Scope of Work: Full family practice seeing all ages- with OB (no delivery high risk referred out, limited call)
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC/BE, Active IN licensure, BLS, DEA and IN CSR
