Preferred Schedule: (4) 10's 7:30a-5:30p (M-Th)
Worksite Setting: FQHC
Scope of Work: Bread and Butter Dentistry, Extractions ,Fillings, Preventative, Crowns:
Support Staff: 2 Hygienists and 2 Dental Assistants
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BLS, DEA, ME License, MEDICAID approval is a plus
