Description
Dates of Coverage: ASAP-10/06/23 with possibility of extension
Schedule: 12-9pm
Scope of Work: Diagnose and treat work-related injuries. Evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis.
Requirements: BC/BE, BLS, DEA, active and unrestricted IL license, MUST have DOT cert, and Covid vaccination.
