  • Their notes must be cosigned and the attestation statement needs to be documented
    
  • They can assist placing orders during MDRs
    
  • They can lead rounds on the patients they are caring for and the intensivist will se
    
  • Level 3 trauma center
    
  • Certified stroke center
    
  • Acute care hospital
    
  • Setting: Medical ICU and Surgical ICU
    
  • # of beds: 20 ICU beds
    
  • Patient Mix: Mix of medical and surgical cases.
    
  • Avg Census: 7-10 patients
    
  
  
  
• Requirements
  
  
  
  • Skills/Procedures: Central line, arterial line and HD cath placement
    
  • CC experience
    
  • Active NY license

  • 24/7 in-house intensivist with APP coverage from 8 am to 6 pm
