Requirements
- Board certified neurology
- Covid vaccinated
- Active MI license
- BLS
- Required Neurology Procedures: ["EMG (Electromyogram)"]
- Botox, and Peripheral Nerve Blocks are preferred procedures, but not required.

- 1 RN, 6 MA, 1 Referral Coordinator, 4 Front Office Staff
