**Candidate Requirements:**
- Active PA State License
- DEA Required: Yes
- Board Status: Board Certified, Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Required Certifications: BLS, CPR
- Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): 1

**Shift/Schedule Information:**
- Monday to Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- No call for Locum providers

**Job Information:**
- Coverage need Details: We are seeking 2 Primary Care Physicians to join our team on a locum tenens basis. The providers must have the flexibility to offer up to 2-4 weeks per month. We are open to either 2 candidates working 2 weeks a month or 1 candidate working 4 weeks.
- The need for coverage is from Monday to Friday, although we can accommodate a Monday to Thursday schedule if requested.
- Procedures are not required for this position.
- APP/Mid-Level Coverage Available
- The majority of patients seen will be in the family practice setting, with 95% being adults and 5% pediatric cases.
- This is an outpatient-only position.
- EMR: Currently using Centric, transitioning to Thrive in October.
- Time to Credential: Approximately 30 days; Temporary privileges available.
