MD/DO
BC/BE
Experience in Geriatrics preferred but not required
10 years experience preferred in Primary Care or Internal Medicine
Background in Functional Medicine preferred but not required Schedule
8a-5p Monday-Friday Facility/Job Details
Some call - limited number of patients
Will participate in after-hours patient care when required
Will perform comprehensive annual physical exams on patients and provide education on specific
