The Chief of Family Medicine is also responsible for providing direct patient care in their assigned department. QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years’ experience as a practicing physician in a primary health care environment, community health center, or FQHC - Practice and personnel management experience - Clear and active Florida License and DEA - Active Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - Current BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross - EMR Proficiency - Extensive knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and ailments. </li> </ul>
