Schedule: 4:00p.m. – 8:00a.m., Monday - Friday
Hospitalists: 24 hour care on weekends
Requirements:
Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Adult Health, Geriatric, Family or Primary Care.
Advanced Practice Professional (APRN/PA-C)
BLS
Scope of Care:
Psychiatric, primary care, specialty, , and long-term care
Mental health department:
*148-bed residential chemical dependency, and mental health treatment program and domiciliary, outpatient clinics, and a 15-bed inpatient psychiatric unit.
The Rehabilitation & Extended Care (REC) community living center (CLC):
*225 nursing home beds which includes long-term care, rehabilitation (short stay), dementia care, hospice care, behavioral recovery unit and a specialized nine-bed, ventilator-dependent patient unit located in the CLC.
* 24-hour evaluation and care for onsite bedded patients.
*During regular clinic workday tours psychiatric and medical walk-ins are evaluated in the respective clinics
