Premier Physician Services, LLC has teamed up with Texas Health and Human Services to fill their Psychiatrist position at the Mexia State Supported Living Center, TX location. • Specialty: Psychiatrist
• Location: 540 Chapel Dr, Mexia, TX 76667
• Hours: Monday-Friday (8A-5P) - with a requirement to also work on-call/after-hour call one week a month generally and this position will allow some tele-workdays (2-3 times during the week)

Job Description
? The Psychiatrist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating psychiatric disorders, and performing psychiatric assessments, providing timely, and accurate charting of clinical encounters using our electronic medical records of the residents with intellectual disabilities.
? Must be able to work in a team environment.
? Must have good communication skills, organize, and be able to present information.
? Justification of medication use.
? Able to work with minimal supervision.
Job Requirements
• Must be proficient in computers/electronics health records.
• Must be licensed (unrestricted) as a medical doctor by the State of Texas and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry in the State of Texas.
• Must have a current unrestricted registration certificate from the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
• Must possess a National Provider Identifier (NPI#).
