Position:
– Pediatric Dentist needed with a busy practice established 38 years ago
– Join 5 other Pediatric Dentist
– Campus includes Pediatric Clinic, Treatment Clinic, and Surgery Center
– Averaging 20 patients daily-Hygiene is done by hygienist
– Perm/Full time 3-4 days per week- Clinic hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30-4:30 and Friday 8:30-3:00 Closed on Weekends
– 5 OPS with large support staff
– Current offices are state-of-the-art and fully equipped
– EMR-Dentrix Enterprise
– Ownership available
– Payer Mix- 85% Medicaid (title-19)
– General Anesthesia

Offering:
– Daily Guarantee of $1.300 then switching to 35% collections- Make $400k+ year one
– Sign-on + relocation of $25,000, CE, Student loan reimbursement of $50k per year (up to 5 years) 401k with 5% match
– License Renewals covered, Health Insurance paid 80% of premium for doctor and immediate family
