Family Health Center
<ul> <li>Full Time</li><li>Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm</li> <li>Employed</li> <li>New Graduates</li> <li>Average Patients seen: 20-25</li> <li>Loan Repayment</li> <li>Sign-On Bonus: $25000</li> <li>Compensation: $120,000-$140,000/annually</li> <li>Benefits:

- Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of quality, appropriate dental care to all FHC patients by formulating, initiating, and monitoring patient management plans based on established standards of care, writing prescriptions, and providing follow-up care as needed and referrals as appropriate in accordance with approved protocols and standards of care.
Qualifications:
- SC license
- Maintain State and Federal Controlled Substances Licensure at all times
- Financially stable federally qualified health center with over 40 years of service
- Over 28,000 active patients with various insurance coverage
- Multidiscipline clinic with, Adult Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health,
Nutrition, Dentistry, Podiatry, and Optometry
- 75 minutes from Charleston, SC, which was voted as one of the best cities in the USA
- 40 minutes from Columbia, the capital city of South Carolina
