Nocturnist Near Fayetteville, NC

• Hospital employed practice seeks BC/BE Family Practitioner or Internist/Pediatrician to join their inpatient medicine team as a dedicated Nocturnist
• Competitive base salary offered - to be discussed with employer directly
• Round on both adult and pediatric patients – good mix of both
• 12-hour shifts – 8 pm to 8 am
• Inpatient clinical responsibilities including admissions, discharges, consults, and transfers
• ICU management including rounding, running codes, vent management, and intubations
• Attend c-sections and round on newborn nursery (NRP certification required)
• Average of 4-5 patient encounters per night & an average of 3-4 admissions from the ER
