- ABEM or ABEM Board Eligible
- Active Tennessee state license
- ACLS, PALS for ABEM Board Eligible
- All Procedures
- MD Supervision of APP
- Submit case logs documenting a minimum of 3000 hrs EM experience in the last 3 years
