This is a great opportunity to practice quality healthcare in a physician friendly state, while enjoying the close proximity to Chicago and all that the Windy City has to offer you and your family! This is a hospital employed physician group practice allowing you to focus on the patient, quality care, and healthy patient outcomes. The incoming physician will enjoy a team atmosphere joining 3 Family Medicine physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, with Pediatrics and OBG on-site. Expect to see 15-18 ppd of all ages with a nice mix of clinic and telehealth and lab and x-ray on-site. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine MD/DO with an active Indiana license. New graduates are encouraged to apply as the existing providers are excellent mentors.
